Over 10 Years Experience in Commercial Cleaning

Facility Services Group was established to combine excellent service with our mission.

Gordon Hume has a sterling track record in commercial cleaning and he identified two key flaws in the industry: customers were not being heard and employees were not being treated with respect.

Over the last ten years he has set out to change that formula. Today, Facility Services Group is a commercial cleaning company that is proud to have built up a strong and trustworthy reputation as a quality service provider that focuses on customer communication and on being a preferred employer.

Gordon Hume

Director

Gordon is the director and founder of FSG. Having moved from Scotland to New Zealand in 2017 he brings a number of years experience in the commercial cleaning and hygiene industry.

Gordon enjoys the challenges that come with running a business and loves to build great working relationships with all types of people.

When he is not at work he’s busy spending time with his wife and two young children, there is never a dull moment. Gordon loves all sports but is particularly keen on playing football.

Saten Sharma

Manager

A dedicated and motivated Manager with over twenty five years of comprehensive experience, managing forward-thinking operations while implementing on-time solutions to improve processes, increase productivity, and leverage organisational cost minimisation. Proficient in identifying opportunities for business improvement and steering positive transformation.

A community leader who volunteers his time and resources for the betterment of children and leads 3 community based language schools, in West Auckland, South Auckland, and Hamilton.
